You can fix it by going to:
Profile > Subscription Section > Restore

You can—but only on devices of the same type (e.g., both Android or both iOS).

This is because Apple and Google manage subscriptions separately, and they don't share data across platforms.

If you're using the same type of device and signed into the same App Store or Google Play account, you can tap Restore Purchase to access Pro on another device (see the question above for how to do this).

Note: We don't recommend switching between platforms, as it can cause issues accessing your Flowie Pro subscription.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple and Google, not directly by developers—so you'll need to cancel through the App Store or Google Play.
